Corporate Stay for 4 or families of up to 2 couples and 4 kids. This lovely house is delightful in the premium location of Newtown the layout is perfect – 2 Bedrooms with Queen or Double and 2 with single beds, the house is large enough that 6 or 8 people can stay without crowding each other out. We also offer 3 parking spaces off Street. The house has high ceilings and large rooms, each has good storage, the side way is decked for a comfortable out door area to catch some sun or get some air. We offer off Street parking for 3 cars. There are 4 bedrooms, those not booked will be locked. a large kitchen, fully equipped. a large lounge and a secondary sitting area. the side way is a nice afternoon sunny space We will meet you at the key collection point – otherwise enjoy your stay The House is located within walking distance to the CBD and main streets of Business and the main – popular – Eats Streets, yet is in nearby Newtown – Geelong’s premier Suburb. 200 metres back up Roebuck street is Pakington Street with dozens of shops and Cafes and three supermarkets
The main Geelong rail station is about 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes. Avalon Airport is 22 minutes. The main Airport – Tullamarine – is 1 Hour 10 Minutes – there is a Shuttle Bus from the Airport to Geelong called The Gull Bus Please note a booking for 2 Adults is assumed to be a couple, please let me know otherwise. Bookings for three people across three rooms MUST be billed as 4 as our linen is tripled for only a fractional increase of 1 person extra per night. Likewise 4 singles across 4 rooms MUST be billed as a 6 to cover the cost of using 4 rooms. Please do not book if this does not suit. Likewise if you are a couple sharing then I will adjust your fee down saving you 32 per night – unfortunately we have to price this way as work bookings are taking advantage – we COULD just price $400 per night – but then that is too expensive for a couple with kids.
