There is a washing machine and clothes line. A car port to park the car and you can walk easily to High Street for 2 Supermarkets and dozens of shops and Cafes One or two bedrooms are available as well as a Carport – fenced yard. Full kitchen, laundry and a bathroom with both a walk in shower and a bath. The toilet is housed separately in the WC We are available for advice and assistance but will not be about day to day.
We have arranged airport pick ups and guided overseas visitors to arrive via the easiest way. However you will have all the peace and quiet you require Belmont was a quiet and boring suburb with old shops or empty shops, now it is revitalized and is a booming area of younger families and locals seeking bigger blocks than closer to town, the Shopping strip is invigorated and full of new and groovy shops South Geelong Station is fairly close, (trains to Melbourne) there is a local bus service on the main street, both to the city and Waterfront and thje other way to Deakin Uni Waurn Ponds Campus No Cats – a dog is possible – please let me know – $30 dog stay fee applies Long Bookings are possible – please Note Australian Rental Rates – this is fully furnished and has Power and Gas and the internet so it will not be cheaper than a twelve month rental that is empty.
